Product Introduction

The large-aperture optical lens group eccentricity instrument utilizes a high-precision air-bearing spindle as the reference axis to achieve precise centering and assembly of multi-lens groups, thereby ensuring the imaging quality of the lens group and facilitating the assembly of ultra-high-resolution satellite lenses. The equipment can also perform non-destructive eccentricity detection of the assembled lens group. The carefully designed software can automatically perform centering, collect data, and directly display measurement results. It can also simulate the actual optical axis position of the tested lens or the actual optical axis tilt of each internal lens component. The LensCT-AF800 is currently provided to a research institute for precise assembly and centering of Φ800mm high-resolution satellite lenses, and the next step will be to expand the aperture to over 1m.
